Grinder burrs: how often do **you** replace them (real numbers please)?
I’m at ~700 lb on a Mazzer Major. Shots feel slower—confirming if the “800 lb rule-of-thumb” is legit.

Swapped at 800 lb and saw 2-sec faster shots immediately.
